EVENT EXPERIENCE

The Event Experience department sets out to create cohesion across fan services, wayfinding, and venue design in order to create a positive experience for fans and guests alike. We create broad programs for our workforce and others that include strategic staff assignments, extensive trainings, on-site tools, digital platforms and standards of excellence for all fan-facing departments. In coordination with security, mobility assistance, wayfinding and hospitality groups our goal is to create a comprehensive plan and consistent messaging to guests.
